Mr. Jani holds a Bachelor Degree in Public Accounting from Gujarat University, India, and has built a reputation as an Innovative Entrepreneur for over 35 years.


A firm believer in philanthropic activities, Mr. Jani has been a pillar of support in assisting community organizations which provide health and human services to the poor in the United States and within India. Mr. Jani has contributed his time, efforts, and charitable donations to Rajpipla Vibhag Mitra Mandal (RVMM) since 1989.

Ronak M. Jani is the Managing Director of Zakti Private Equity Partners Inc. Mr. Jani has over 16 years of experience in Finance, Private Equity, & International Business Development. He has worked on over USD$350 Million worth of development transactions throughout the US. With expansions in mergers & acquisitions and renewable energy investment placement industries, Mr. Jani has an extensive network within the United States, India & Africa. He has worked with many Fortune 100 Companies within India and companies newly listed on Wired & Forbes Magazine

He has a Bachelors in Public Accounting and an MBA in Financial Management from the Lubin School of Business - Pace University, New York. In addition, he is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager from CCIM Institute, Chicago. VRAJ SHAH



Vraj Shah is a takes up turnkey projects in the field of renewable energy, environmental solutions and agro land rejuvenation. Mr. Shah has been associated with Ministry of New and Renewable Energy of India, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in India, Nuclear Futures Laboratory at Princeton University alongside IIT- Bombay. Fields of Activity includes: Solar PV Solutions, Solar Thermal Solutions, Waste water treatment (STP, ETP, WBR), Water Harvesting Systems, Biogas and Bio-CNG Solutions, Land Fertility Management, Solid Waste Management, Air pollution Control Systems, Energy Auditing and Environmental Auditing.


He has done his B. Tech in Energy Engineering with M. Tech in Energy Systems Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai (IIT- Bombay).

His experience grew as a Technical Advisor for various sugar factories, specializing on the undertaking of boilers and milling tandems.
